3. Changing the subscription type between annual and monthly billing
Creating an account
To get started with Instapage, you will create an account that starts off as a free trial of 14 days.
To sign up for an Instapage account, follow the steps below:
1. Go to https://app.instapage.com/auth/signup
2. Choose whether you want to sign up with Google or with your email address. If you choose to continue with your email address, simply enter your details, and then select Create Free Account:
NOTE: If you did not receive the confirmation email, it may have been delivered to your spam/junk folder or completely blocked by your email provider. To prevent this from happening, please whitelist the following email addresses in your system: no-reply@app.instapage.com, notifications@instapage.com, no-reply@mailserve.io, and notifications@mailserve.io.
3. If you choose to sign up via Google, enter the email address you wish to sign up with and click Next.
4. In the next screen, authorize your Google account sign-up by clicking on Continue.
Note: You will be able to create pages and test out the platform for 14 days using the Optimize plan. With a free account, you will not be able to publish any pages. However, if you wish to go live and publish your pages, you will need to sign up for a paid plan, or to continue using the features after the trial period ends.
The cancellation procedure
Before the 14 days trial is over, you can cancel the account by clicking the name of your workspace in the upper left > My Account Admin > Subscription.
Important note: Once the account is upgraded to a paid plan, the cancellation can only be processed after the request for cancellation is sent by the owner of the account at help@instapage.com.
Changing the subscription type
If you decide to change your subscription type before the 14-day trial expires, for example instead of annual, you wish to pay for a monthly plan, you can do this from inside your account as seen here:
After the billing period starts, you would need to ask the Billing Support Team at help@instapage.com to assist you with the downgrade from the annual to the monthly plan. For upgrading your plan from a monthly subscription to an annual one, there is no need to contact support, as you are able to do it from inside your account.
Reactivating an old account
If you had an account with Instapage in the past that was canceled and you want to use our platform again, you can reactivate it by retrieving your password as seen here: https://d.pr/oZthiW.
At any time, you can build an unlimited number of pages. This remains true if you end your trial or your subscription - you will still have access to all of your existing pages, you can build more, and you can invite your team to collaborate on them. However, note that some features will be restricted, and an active subscription is needed in order to publish pages or have live URLs.
If you wish to subscribe to a paid plan again, you can do so from My Account Admin > Subscription and clicking on Update plan or by accessing this page directly after you have logged in: https://app.instapage.com/upgrade.
Enter your billing information to kickstart your campaigns and transform your ad clicks into valuable customers. Discover a wide range of easy-to-use tools for experimentation, optimization, reporting, and growth, all conveniently accessible within a single platform.
If your account was set to cancel at the end of your billing period, but you’ve changed your mind, send us an email at help@instapage.com or create a ticket from inside your account, and our Billing team will help you out.
