Efficient lead management is crucial for your marketing campaigns. With Instapage Contacts, you can route form submissions directly into specific lists based on the data users provide. This allows for better segmentation and more personalized follow-ups. For more details on how Contacts work, you can check out our article here: https://d.pr/EOzKWC.
Getting Started
To begin setting up dynamic routing, you must first access your integration settings.
Click on the page you wish to edit, and select the "Integrations" option from the slider.
Click on "Form submissions".
From the list of available services, locate and select "Instapage Contacts." This will open the configuration menu, where you can define how your lead data is processed and stored within the platform.
When configuring the destination for your leads, you can choose from two primary routing methods within the dropdown menu:
Choosing "Send all contacts to one list" will direct every lead into a single list. Conversely, selecting "Conditional routing by form field" allows you to set specific logic, for example, routing leads to different lists based on their industry or geographical location. This ensures that each lead is immediately placed in the most relevant segment for your nurturing process.
Managing Your Lists
To maintain an organized lead database, you may need to create new segments or modify existing ones. You can manage your lists by following these steps:
From the main dashboard, navigate to the "Contacts" section in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on the "Lists" tab to view all currently active contact segments.
To create a new list, select the "Create New List" button and provide a descriptive name.
To modify an existing list, click on the list name to edit its properties or view the associated contacts. For even more details about lists, you can check out the article here: https://d.pr/mCxzqk.
