Leveraging AI to draft your emails saves time and ensures your messaging is tailored to your audience. Whether you are starting from a template, a blank HTML canvas, or an existing form on the page, our AI assistant is built into every corner of the platform.
Where to Start: Entry Points
You can initiate the AI email generation process from two primary locations:
- Emails Section: This can be found on the left side of your Dashboard.
- Forms: Create an automated response directly in the form builder.
Generating Content from the Email Builder
When creating a standard email, use the AI to handle the heavy lifting of copywriting.
1. Navigate to Emails from the left side of the Dashboard window, and click on Create With AI.
2. Define your Parameters: You will be prompted to select your Goal, Audience, Tone, and Length.
3. Describe the Content: Provide a brief description of what you want the email to be about.
Example: "Write a welcome email for new subscribers offering a 10% discount code."
4. Generation and Editing: A window will appear showing the AI at work. Even after the content is generated, you have full creative control. Here, you can:
- Preview the email and click on Send Test Email in the top right corner to see what it looks like in your Inbox.
- Click on Try Again to try a different prompt and generate a new email.
- Select Edit Email so you can personalize it with your brand. In the editing view, you will be presented with the following options:
- Manual Edits: You can click directly into the title or body to make manual tweaks yourself. Or you can also add other details like: logo, image, CTA Link, colors, and your signature.
- Iterative Improvement: Click the "Generate with AI" button on the right. Here, you can give the AI specific instructions on how to improve the existing draft (e.g., "Make it more urgent" or "Add a professional sign-off").
- Alternative Choices for Title or Body: You can click on the Enhance with AI button next to the Title or the Body. The AI will provide a list of 3 additional variations. You can review these and swap your current content for the one that fits best.

Other Methods: Templates & Forms
A. You can also start from a template, and inside the Content section, you can make use of AI in the Title and Body sections. You can follow the same structure and generate the content with AI as mentioned above.
B. To set up an AI-generated email that sends automatically after a signup, starting from the form inside the builder, you need to:
1. Click on your Form inside the builder, and select Edit Form from the menu on the right.
2. In the Form Builder, navigate to Email Automation on the right side and click on Create automated email.
3. This opens the standard Email Builder, where you can select the Create with AI option, following the same steps mentioned in the section Generating Content from the Email Builder.
