In this article, you will learn how to add a popup box to any landing page button, image, or text element. These are perfect for creating two-step opt-in forms, revealing larger images, playing videos, and more.
You can add a popup box with the Link Setup option.
Just add a button, text, or image widget and select Link Setup from the menu on the right.
For buttons:
For text elements:
First, click the text element. Then use your mouse to select the specific part of the text, then select the Link setup option from the menu on the right, and choose Pop up.
For Images:
To create a pop up from the Choose link type menu, select Pop Up.
You will get to the popup box’s editing screen, where you can resize it by dragging it from the edges. You don’t need to worry about centering the pop-up window; our system does this automatically, taking into account your visitor’s screen size.
You can either create the pop-up starting from a blank one and then save it to your library, use a pop-up template from the gallery, or if you have one created, you can select and insert it into the page.
Add elements according to your design needs from the top menu, and your pop-up is ready.
After adding the elements, click on Save changes at the top right corner and then you can click anywhere outside the popup to exit this editing view.
To access the popup again, you have to go through the same steps you took when you created it.
It is not possible to link to another Instablock using a button placed on a popup. Links placed on a popup can have a download or a redirect to another page.
If you want to have the same popup on multiple elements, you can use the code that we provide here: https://d.pr/J19x1L
