Our company collects and processes the personal data of our customers, who are data subjects. Under various legal acts worldwide, customers have a right to submit data subject requests (DSR) requesting different manipulations of their personal data. The company is required to meet these requests.
At Instapage, we take your privacy seriously. You can check out our Privacy Notice available at https://instapage.com/privacy-policy for more details at any time. To submit a data subject request like deletion/erasure/removal of your personal and account data, please use our Privacy Request Portal: https://arsl.at/DGvPK3AB
In accordance with our internal policies, the Support Team is not entitled to handle and process the data subject requests. We thank you and appreciate your understanding.
FAQ
What Is Personal Data?
Personal Data or Personal Information means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
What Is a Data Subject Request?
A Data Subject Request (also known as a privacy request) is a request from a data subject, usually a customer, to make certain manipulations with their data. In general, these manipulations come down to:
- Providing a copy of the customer’s data;
- Correcting the customer’s data;
- Deleting the customer's data in different ways: from all data systems of the company, only from marketing or sales data systems, from marketing email send-out lists, etc.
It is Instapage's (an airSlate company) obligation under various legal acts worldwide, primarily GDPR in the EU and CCPA (CPRA) in California, but also the privacy laws in Canada, Brazil, the US, Australia, the Middle East, and more to intake and fulfill such requests.
Why Is It Important to Use the Privacy Request Portal?
Particular DSR requesters will have different privacy rights because they reside in different countries, and different state laws provide different sets of privacy rights to them. For example, residents of California will have a right to ask us to exclude them from cross-contextual behavioral advertising, while residents of South Africa will not.
airSlate took that into account as well. The Legal Team developed the Privacy Request Portal (https://arsl.at/DGvPK3AB) that allows customers to submit different types of data subject requests depending on their jurisdiction of residence. Privacy Request Portal is referred to in each product’s publicly-available Privacy Notice and is technically implemented with the airSlate product. Each requester will have to go through email authentication before submitting the DSR.
DSRs Types
With the Privacy Request Portal, anyone can:
- Ask us to stop receiving marketing emails and calls from our company;
- Ask us to stop receiving invites to sign or fill in the documents;
- Report alleged fraudulent or abusive activity;
- Submit Data Subject Request.
