Upgrading Your Instapage Plan and Accessing Convert Features
All account owners of paid subscriptions can request to upgrade their account to a higher tier plan and gain access to Convert features such as the ones seen on our pricing page: https://instapage.com/plans.
Please note that accessing Convert features from a different plan requires reaching out to us directly. The upgrade cannot be done from within the app.
In this case, the first step is to get in touch with our dedicated support team. You can reach out to us through one of the following methods:
Email: Send us an email to help@instapage.com, stating your request to upgrade your plan and which features you are interested in.

Once you have contacted our Support team, they will put you in contact with our Sales team that can share all the details about the Convert upgrading process.
Switching Subscription Types: Monthly and Annual
If you are on a non-Convert, you may also consider switching between monthly and annual subscription options. This flexibility allows you to choose a billing cycle that best suits your needs.
And if you decide to go on the annual subscription and pay for the entire year upfront, you can benefit from a significant discount. Instapage offers a discount on the annual fee for all users that are on the monthly subscription.
To switch your subscription type from a monthly payment to an annual one, you can do so within the app by following these steps:
1. Go here https://app.instapage.com/account, or click on the name of your workspace, then click on My Account Admin.
2. Click on Subscription and then on the UPDATE PLAN button at the bottom. You will be prompted to a new view where you have the choice to select the annual plan. After doing so, click on UPGRADE PLAN. This will generate a prorated invoice, and you will be charged the difference for the annual plan.
If you are looking to switch from the Annual Plan to the monthly one, you will need to contact our Support Team via the dedicated channels mentioned above, and they will guide you through the process.
