All account owners of paid subscriptions can check their payments and download their invoices in PDF format. If you are a team member of a paid account, you will not be able to see the Subscription section - please ask the account owner to access it instead.
To see your invoices click on the name of the current workspace, then click on My Account Admin, then Subscription.
On this page you will see a Billing Info section which contains your credit card information, an Invoice info section with the details of your company and Proof of Payment, section with all your past invoices.
Click the download button, and you will be able to save a PDF copy of the invoice.
NOTE: You can customize the invoice with your company’s info by filling in the Invoice info section.
